What do I need to bring for a seakayak tour?

Participants on our seakayaking  tours are advised to bring (water-proof ) hats, swimming gear, drinking water, a towel, a pair of shorts to avoid sunburns in the kayak, sun screen and a pair of (water-proof) shoes. (no flip flops).
