We like to show our guest the traditional and local Albanian cuisine. This means that the food will depend on the season and on the region you are travelling. In the south coastal regions you may expect fresh fish and in the mountain regions traditional sheep on spit is often served. When staying in a local guesthouse the family will prepare a homemade meal with fresh ingredients.
You can indicate your special dietary needs on the booking form. Adjustments will be made but expect to get many vegetables and cheese served.
