Season for ski-touring & snowboarding: November - April

Outdoor Albania offers a number of beautiful itineraries for ski-touring and snowboarding. In the Northern mountain chain:

• The surroundings of Mount Jezerca (2625m)
• The outstanding Valbona Valley
• The Ros Peak Valley (2524m)
• Mount Korab (2751m), the highest peak in Albania

In Southern Albania we tour:

• Mount Tomorr (2416m)
• Mount Nemërçka (2489m)
• Mount Ostrovica (2383m).

Snowshoeing

Season: November-April

Throughout the winter season we offer guided snowshoe trips. There is no need to be an expert climber, skier or snowboarder to join and enjoy these easy mountain walks. Combined with plenty of shots of “raki” (the local spirit), snowshoeing is an excellent weekend choice in the winter and early spring months.
